The Islamic Da'wah Centre, Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Research and Publication Division is publishing the 2026 Taqwim or Calendar and is distributing it to the public for 2 days, starting on the 16th of December. This year's Taqwim theme is 'Zakat Sebagai Mekanisme Kewangan Yang Vital' or 'Tithe as a Vital Financial Mechanism.' It not only functions as a reference for prayer dates and time, it also provides benefit from a knowledge perspective, and act as a da'wah medium for the Muslim community, especially in Brunei Darussalam.

The calendars are distributed simultaneously in all districts via drive-thru. In the Brunei Muara District, it is held at the Islamic Da'wah Centre's headquarters. In the Belait District, the distribution is at the car park of the Muhammad Jamalul Alam Mosque. The Tutong District Religious Office was the focal point in the Tutong District, while in the Temburong District, it is held at the car park of Dewan Utama, Mukim Bangar Civic Centre Complex.
